When will I get my order?
We operate on a print-on-demand model. Typically, it takes 2–5 business days to fulfill (create) your order before it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

*Please note: Max delivery time is generally up to 25 business days for standard international shipping. This does not include our 2–5 day processing/fulfillment time. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the product and destination. We also offer standard shipping with CO₂ offsetting for eco-conscious deliveries.

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a global, on-demand fulfillment company. Depending on your location and stock availability, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently, including locations in the US, Canada, Europe, and worldwide.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees may be incurred on international orders. This fee is determined by your local customs office and is not within our control. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
(Note: For standard DDP shipments to Canada and the UK, duties and taxes are often already managed during the shipping process, but local variations may apply.)

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
• Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, please reach out to us at support@paotopao.com with your order number.
Note: If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the reshipping costs will be at your expense.
