Our return policy allows for refunds within 3 days of purchase.  We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

, To have the right to return the product Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Many types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are personal or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, providing a full refund may not be possible, and only a partial refund can be issued.

  • The book has clear signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been played
  • Any items not in their original condition Parts are damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any items returned more than 3 days after delivery.


Once your return has been received and inspected, We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved Your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund Please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes time for processing before a refund is posted.

Products on sale

Refunds can be made only for regular-priced items. Discounted items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned product, We’ll mail you a gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased the gift giver later ships the order to you. We will refund the money to the gift giver. And they will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund The cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes to receive an exchange may vary. It depends on where you live.

If you return a more expensive item You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing time: Order verification Quality inspection and packaging All orders are submitted to the manufacturer for internal approval.
24 hours after ordering The order will then be processed and will take approximately 3-5 business days.
After the order has been shipped You will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Delivery Time: Refers to the length of time it takes for the Product to be delivered from us.
Warehouse to destination International shipping takes approximately 15-33 business days.
