Refunds & Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selection. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please let us know!

I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We apologize if the product you received is damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this quickly:

  1. Email us at support@paotopao.com within one week of receiving your order.
  2. Include: Photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other relevant details.
  3. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item or items that arrived damaged. If either of these applies, please contact us at support@paotopao.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit best, please consult the sizing charts provided in the product description section of every item in our store.

Mislabeled Items: In the rare event that your ordered item was mislabeled (e.g., the wrong size tag), please notify us at support@paotopao.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.
